Summer Camp Calendar and Forms Now Available

Our Summer Camp calendar and forms are now available to download and print. Simply to go the DOWNLOADS page of our website!

This year, the Pre-Registration and Final Registration forms for the Corps and Service Extension Units are fill-able using Microsoft Word, as well as the Camper Application and the first side of the Medical Form that is copleted by a parent/guardian.

CHANGE STARTING FOR 2010: Pre-Registration forms and Final Registration Forms will no longer be sent to The Salvation Army DHQ.
